Rules And Regulations

Welcome to the Http://mallurockers.nstars.org/. In order to make your stay as pleasant and constructive as possible please take your time to read through this post, it will help you navigate the pits and traps this community has created for new members. These rules can be changed without notice, In addition to these rules, check the individual sections for rules specific to that section.

1. No Posting of Other Forums
We are not here for you to advertise your forum or business! Any posting of links of this type is prohibited unless approved by an Admin. This includes links in your signature.

2. Personal attacks, rudeness, flaming, baiting, insults to others, or arguments will not be tolerated. Challenge others' points of view and opinions, but do so respectfully and thoughtfully. Any member who threatens anyone on the forum, via PM, instant messengers, or Email, will be banned immediately without notice.

3. No Chat in Download Sections
We have plenty of places to chat elsewhere on the board. No need to do clutter those sections with chatter.

4. Ask your questions on the forums. The staff gets a large number of messages containing questions, and we do not have time to answer them all. Private messages should only be used for issues that cannot be discussed in the public forums.

5. No Politics or Religion
We are not a religious or political forum and this could insult some people so don't do it!

6. Please Refrain from Using CAPS as it is annoying/interpreted as yelling and takes 50% longer to read!

7. Do not repost anything that has been deleted as it was clear that the mod/admin that deleted it had reason to do so. If you have a dispute, PM an administrator.

8. Please respect the privacy of each and every member by not posting personal details without the member's approval.

9. Always open a thread in the appropriate section designed for it. If a post is posted in the wrong section it may be moved.

10. Inappropriate content will be removed without notice. Do not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-orientated, racist, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violation of any laws. Please use good judgment when choosing user names, avatars, or images to post, and do not attempt to bypass the word filter. It is there for a reason.

11. Do not post the same topic in more than one forum. Pick the most relevant forum for your post. If you are unsure, put it in the General Discussions forum, say you were not sure where it belonged, and someone will move it to the proper forum for you.

12. Http://mallurockers.nstars.org/ is not responsible for anything you do as a result of information or advice obtained at this site. You should fully understand what a recommended change may do to your system. Do not give anyone you do not know the log in information to your system, passwords, or personal account information.

13. Register using only one user name, and do not "flood" the board with posts that are off-topic. Creating multiple user accounts or flooding the board will be considered a denial-of-service attack on the forums and will result in your being banned from the forum

14. Do not post any movies here. If you post you will be banned immediately

15. Members will be made moderators with/without informing them. Moderators can be removed with out any prior notice or Information as per the decision taken by the TP Team

16. Display name changing is only done once for each member upon their request & on special conditions. Once it get changed you cannot revert back.

17. Do not spam the forum with solicitations for personal "friendships". Any member found to be posting commercial topics who is listed on a variety of anti-spam resources we use, will be banned and the post deleted. Any member who uses the Private Message system to spam their products or services will have their account suspended.

18. Signatures, Avatars & Titles must follow the above rules regarding content. You may include links to your website in your signature provided the linked-to site does not contain malware, trojans, pornography or violate any laws of the land in regards to content or activities. We reserve the right to ask you to change and/or remove your signature at any time, for any reason.

19. Do not disrespect moderators. Be respectful in both the forums and any private communications with moderators. Moderators are volunteers that donate many, many hours of their own time to help in the forums and chat rooms. Violations of this rule will not be tolerated.

20. If you feel a post violates any of these rules, or you need to bring it to the attention of a moderator (move threads/close/split), please use the 'report this post' link to notify the moderators.

21. This is not the place to settle a commercial disagreement for custom development or to be a 'wall of shame'. Any posts deemed to be of this nature will be removed. Settle your disputes in private please.

22. Do not pretend to be/represent somebody else. Your account will be deleted if found to be in breach of this rule.

23. Do not discuss any illegal activities with in the forum and expose us to any unnecessary legal liability.

24. Do not post on behalf of any banned member in any public manner. This includes all forums, private messages, signatures, and e-mail features.

25. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other forum Members. Http://mallurockers.nstars.org/ reserves the right, but have no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Members

26. Intentional use of anything which represent Http://mallurockers.nstars.org/ in any form, Http://mallurockers.nstars.org/ Logo or Website Address along with any obscene contents in any form which include images, emails, banners, posters and any sort of communication will result in the member being permanently banned from the forum.

27. By becoming a member you agree to adhere to these guidelines. These guidelines are subject to change and a current version is always available in the forum. Members who violate these rules may be suspended or banned.
